• The Consignor agrees to entrust the sale of their sealed TCG boxes, graded cards, factory sealed items, and graded video games (the "Items") to us for listing and selling on eBay.
• The Consignor acknowledges that all sales will be conducted exclusively on eBay and processed through our eBay account.
• The Consignor acknowledges the items must meet the requirements under "Accepted Consignment Items." If they do not, the Consignor is responsible for return shipping.

We accept: Sealed TCG Boxes, Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG), Factory Sealed Items, and Graded Video Games (WATA, VGA). All items must be authentic, unaltered, and accurately described. Items not meeting criteria may be returned at the Consignor's expense.

• The Consignor affirms all Items are authentic and not counterfeit, tampered with, or altered in any way.
• If a counterfeit item is provided, the Consignor takes full responsibility for all legal consequences including return of funds to Sealedshiz, eBay fees, and penalties.
• If an Item is found counterfeit after listing or sale, the Consignor agrees to fully reimburse Sealedshiz for all losses.

• The Consignor agrees to accurately describe the condition of Items. Misrepresentation may result in termination of the agreement.
• The Consignor is responsible for packaging and shipping damage in transit and must ensure Items are appropriately protected.
• For graded items, the slab must be intact and undamaged. Cracked or compromised slabs may be rejected.

• The Consignor agrees to our standard consignment fee per sale, deducted from the final sale price after applicable eBay fees, shipping costs, and other expenses.

• The Consignor will receive payment within 7 business days of sale completion, minus applicable fees.
• Payments will be made via PayPal Friends & Family or ACH bank transfer.

• No returns will be accepted unless the buyer receives an item significantly different from what was listed or the item is counterfeit or misrepresented.
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with eBay's policies.

• The Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability arising from the sale of counterfeit, damaged, or misrepresented items.
• In case of a fraudulent claim or dispute, we may require the Consignor to cooperate with the investigation.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, unsold Items will be returned to the Consignor at their expense and all outstanding payments will be made per this agreement.

By submitting your items for consignment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
